Southgate is a place to find Christ and to grow in your spiritual walk with Him and in loving, Christ centered relationships with other believers. We are on a spiritual journey together, becoming fully functioning, fruitful followers of Christ. What does this journey of a disciple look like at Southgate? What is our destination?Our mission at Southgate is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who are planted in Jesus growing to be like Jesus, and flourishing for Jesus. Welcome Lunch

This event is a relaxed Sunday afternoon lunch that meets in the Fellowship Hall immediately after the morning worship service. This informal gathering is designed for those who are new to Southgate.  It is a great way to meet our staff and other new families. Please call or the church office for details.

Welcome Class

If you would like to know more about Southgate's doctrine, practice, ministries and get further acquainted with our staff, please consider taking the Welcome Class. This class is lead by our senior pastor and other staff elders on Sundays at 9:15 AM. Please call or the church office for details.

Sip N Sandwich

Sip N Sandwich is a quarterly Sunday evening event for the entire family that breaks down the larger congregation into more personal settings in homes. People gather in homes throughout the community for fellowship, encouragement and refreshment. You may sign up at the Welcome Center or the church office to either host a group or be a guest. Your host will then contact you with directions and what to bring.

Inquirers’ Bible Study

Get a jet tour of the Bible from creation to the death of Christ. This six week study is designed for those who are unfamiliar with the Bible or just want a basic understanding of the story line of the Bible. Please call or the church office to find out when the next class is scheduled.

Ministry MAP

Would you like to discover your spiritual gift and find a place of service? The Ministry M.A.P., which stands for mission, accountability and plan, will help you  discover your spiritual gift, understand your unique personality style, and help you get started in a place of service.
