Dear Ladies,

Philippians 4:8 is known as the Christians' mental health verse. As believers we are instructed to keep our minds thinking on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable. This year we have chosen one aspect of this verse for our theme, "The Spirit of Loveliness."

Loveliness means beautiful, delightful and pleasing. These are precious characteristics of Christ. Through our year, we want to focus our minds on this loveliness. We want to see Christ's beauty, be delighted with Him and find total satisfaction in Him. Then we will naturally reflect His loveliness to our families and world.

So plan to join us. There are many different opportunities. It should be a lovely year together with Him.
